Failed videos
If a video fails to generate, the credits used for it are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.
Refunds on purchases
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@hittheroaddude.live from the email address on your account, with your order details if you have them. When a refund is issued, the credits from that purchase are removed from your account.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days to appear.
Exceptions
Accounts that were closed for breaking our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
